We publish our sub-processor list, offer a signed DPA with SCCs, and will notify you of qualifying personal data breaches without undue delay (within 72 hours where required).
If you disagree with any section, stop using Leadly and contact us so we can help resolve concerns. U.S./Canada disputes use binding arbitration with a class-action waiver (opt-out within 30 days).
