Shipping & Delivery
While we try our best to ensure our products are in excellent condition before shipping, once packages leave our warehouse, they are out of our control. Therefore, Leadly cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of products during shipping. Non delivery will be returned to Leadly at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated. Any extra charges such as taxes, duty, tariff, VAT, custom clearance fees, etc. that may be required by your country for importing our products will not be covered by Leadly.
Leadly reserves the right to refuse any orders at its sole discretion.
Return & Cancellation
Leadly accepts return of a purchased product within 30 calendar days since the day of the receipt of product. Products that have been assembled, modified, or damaged are not eligible for returns. All shipping costs, including that of returned products, are not covered by Leadly. Leadly holds the right to cancel an order at any time without notice.
Warranty
Leadly cards are covered by a warranty. The warranty covers only manufacture defects. Normal wear and tear and damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, and other user errors are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is valid for one year since the day of purchase of the card. Warranty claims may require proof of defect. All shipping costs, including that of the replacement, are not covered by Leadly.

While Leadly makes an effort to provide accurate and correct information regarding products and services on the Sites, such accuracy and correctness cannot be guaranteed. As a result, Leadly cannot promise and is not responsible for the complete accuracy of product and service information shown on the Site.
